It is extremely important for everyone to perform a patch test before starting any tattoo or procedure as everyone has different skin types and may react differently.

For best results, follow these simple steps:

1. Shave the area using a brand new razor and ensure it is completely hairless.
2. Wash and exfoliate the required area with a soapy cloth and warm water, ensuring it is free from bacteria and dead skin.
3. Use a warm towel or flannel to cover and warm up the skin for five minutes, and make sure the area is completely dry using a clean towel.
4. Apply the TKTX cream evenly on the area required and massage into the skin thoroughly, ensuring a 2-3mm thick layer is present. Always reseal the tube after use.
5. Cover the area with cling film or a plastic wrap for around one to two hours before the tattoo or procedure.
6. Remove the covering and excess cream after one to two hours using a clean kitchen roll. Allow the area to breathe naturally for five to ten minutes before your tattoo or procedure is due to commence.
